At Lights, we want to ensure your home glows exactly how you imagined, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all lighting fixtures in their original condition. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your space, we are here to help with a seamless return or exchange process.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the fixture back in its original manufacturer packaging with all internal protective padding, hardware, and instructions to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned lighting, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
